Best repair phone shop I’ve ever visited, beat the prices of the other locations in Edinburgh. Pleasant atmosphere, excellent service skills. Adrian fixed my cracked phone screen in 15min, plus I received guarantees for another months! – what might be helpful in the future :) . I’d like to recommend ‘ CompuTown ‘ to everyone !

Very grateful for these guys to save my phone!!!! Battery died yesterday evening and wouldn’t charge anymore. Went to the Apple store in the morning and their opinion was that my phone was not suffering a battery issue, but something else was off – for them to they run the diagnostics and repair/refresh would cost me 289£. Pretty devastated I contacted CompuTown and they plugged my phone into the supercharger – Guess what, phone started charging. Just to be on the safe side I asked them to replace the battery anyway. Major fail for apple, Brilliant service from these guys!

Dropped off my son’s smashed i-phone 7 with a smashed screen Today returned 45 mins later and honestly was like brand new again also had a tempered glass screen protector fitted,These guy’s are fantastic and you also get a 3 month warranty absolutely fantastic,As Big Arnie say’s “I’ll be Back”

These two guys at CompuTown, Luke and Adrian are truly rather special. The trouble they took to get my IPhone 6 Plus working was terrific. Nothing was too much trouble and the service superb. The service was friendly and excellent at CompuTown! It was no fuss, good value for money and quick service! My phone was playing up from liquid damage on the Saturday morning and I left it till Monday to get it fixed but that didn’t matter it was restored to how it was before and was ready for me to collect the next day! I would totally recommend CompuTown and I would go back if something happens again.

I have used CompuTown several times already and every time I received professional service. I decided to have them build a gaming PC for my son. I was very impressed with the quality of the product I received as well as the price. They put an extra touch on it It by adding extra features that made it stand apart from a PC you buy off the shelf. I’ll never forget the expression on my son’s face when he saw it.
